     Hand held digital recorders can be provided to the client and complete information will be given for making the usage of recording system simple. The hand held device can be connected to a computer with an Internet line after recording is completed.

      We will also install our proprietary software to ensure automatic transfer of the dictation to our server within minutes of connecting.

      Toll-free number will be provided to the client, if they require an external dictation system. Each of the authorized Physicians will be set up in the system with an ID and optional password to access the dictation system. The Physician will be able to specify the work type using the telephone keyboard and dictate on to the system. A keyboard mapping will be provided to allow rewind, play, forward and end dictation.

Step 1 : Dial the toll-free number 1-866-293-3693
Step 2 : Key in PIN 62601 (this is used for trials)
Step 3 : Dictate your name, start and complete the trial dictation
Step 4 : Dictate your mail ID to which the report is to be sent
Step 5 : Hang up

      As soon as the dictation is completed the voice files will be uploaded to the server and available for downloading by the transcriptionists. The voice files will be transcribed and the fully approved document will be uploaded with in the required turn around time.
